I hope life is being kind to you! I missed this Wednesday's post, and am behind as usual. It's been one thing after another here. When it rains it pours! I hope it's raining lollipops and gumdrops for you.........

This weeks images are from "Greetings" postcards. They would make lovely gift tags or enclosure cards. My sentimental side is drawn to the sweet graphics and flowers. I hope you enjoy them as well. I hope you all have a great weekend with those you hold dear.
First to answer a few questions I have received via e-mail:

This week in addition to what I made, I would love to share with you a lovely creation made by the always kind Marjanne over at Couleurs et Fantaisies. Doesn't EVERYTHING sound more wonderful in French??? I love the way she used the image. Please stop in and say hello to her.
The necklace was a gift to the absolutely wonderful Julie. Of a Vintage Chic. That gal can do everything! In addition she always has a kind word for everyone. She is one of my blog (S)hero's. ( Female Hero) I am sure she would love a visit as well!
The next item is a large matchbox that was a "cookie kit'" it was filled with mini cookie cookie cutters, sprinkles, etc. Of course I forgot to take a pic of the inside!!
I would love to share something you have made, as well as your Blog, just share your creation with me.
Only two more days until the weekend!! I hope you enjoy!
Each week ( well, almost) I try and post a small variety of things. I would LOVE to see what you have made with any of the images here, should you choose to show them. I would be thrilled to highlight your blog as well!
I appreciate every view, comment and question. I am tickled pink every time someone chooses to take some time out of their day and share a bit with me. Bless your hearts.
Happy December Everyone! It is hard to believe yet another month has been here and gone. Where does the time go? I firmly believe time goes by faster once you have children. Or at least you notice it's passing faster. Each tick of the clock is marked by their milestones. A birth, first tooth, first steps. Then one day you wake up, and they are off to kindergarten!
Kindergarten is quickly followed by grade school, middle school, then high school. You went from baby to adult in what seems like a moment. Almost two decades pass in what seems an instant. As another year quickly comes to an end, and another approaches, I hope you are surrounded by those you love. Whether wrapped in their arms, or just their memories, I hope joy, hope and love find us all.
Well, enough mushy stuff! Here are some charms I made for the Marie Antoinette Mail Art group. As always, thank you for stopping by to visit me!!
FIRST The APOLOGY~ Please forgive me for being neglectful of you!! It's been one thing after another around here, including tummy flu that had my littlest in the hospital. I thought he came back from his dad's with food poisoning. NOPE. So beware it's going around!!
SECOND~ A PEEPING TOM EEEEK! ~ I, like many, wear contact lenses. I am blind as a bat without them. Seriously. The day before the big snow here I added some WINTER decor to my youngest son's room, (my teens REFUSE to let me put snowmen on their beds anymore) including this snowman cling that was meant for your car window. Well needless to say, I woke up the next morning while it was still almost dark, and in my blindness saw this HIS profile in the window!! I freaked out!! When I finally got a grip. I realized WHAT HE was.. My son was at his dad's and I had forgot to close his curtains. Yep. I was being peeped by a snowman. *SIGH* My teens tell me they are going to put me in Shady Pines.
THIRD The reason you have probably read this far. ( The method to my madness) The WINNNER!!!! It has taken me some time to verify the entries and such. I use my tried and true hi-tech names-in-a-hat method to choose the winner, who is................... Jo at My Grandma's Soul So Jo, please send me your info!!
I wish I could give ALL of you something. PLEASE WATCH FOR UPCOMING GIVEAWAYS!!
The weekend is almost here Dear Friends! I hope you have time to relax and spend time with the ones you love. I can't quite get away from the beauty of Autumn's colors yet. Whether it's in a lovely dress, or the rich and beautiful auburn of a woman's hair. I hope you enjoy this weeks picks!
Hello Dear Friends! Today I want to share with you some lovely things I was lucky to receive. The first was a FABULOUS pink "Just Because" giveaway from Lori of Lori Lynn's Cottage. It was full of gorgeous pink goodness. Vintage linens and cookbooks, I almost swooned. (Drama adds to the story you know!) Vintage rick rack, a fave, and all kinds of yummy goods. Please no drooling!! Thank you again to Lori, and please click over and say hello, and check out her lovely blog!
The next one is from an earlier cuff swap I did. My partner's name was Stacia and she sent me TWO lovely cuffs.
I am always humbled by the kindness in Blogland. Thank you to each and every one of you. You are a gift to many.
It really feels like Winter has arrived! The cold nights, and frost kissed branches sparkle in the early morning's thin sun. The perfect weather for drinking mugs of spiced tea or hot cocoa WITH whipped cream, while reading or creating.
Candles and oil lamps add visual warmth as well. I love the way candlelight sparkles off a prism, and it's soothing to watch the flickering shadows dance on walls and ceilings.
I hope with all your daily stress you are able to take time and enjoy the small things. Have a great weekend and I hope you enjoy this weeks offerings. Remember too if you are looking for a certain type of images, please ask, I may have it!
I hope you are all having a wonderful week. I am still terribly behind on catching up with you. This week's post shows how you can do more with beads than make jewelry. I added beads to these prisms to make them a bit fancier. You can customize and make them any color you like. The candle holder was bronze, and I wanted white. The earrings were a gift to a blog friend, Shelley, over at Bungalow Bling. Turns out she only lives about 20 minutes or so from me! It's a small world.
All good things to you, and I hope to catch up soon, I miss ya!
Some of you may have noticed No Wednesday post. I am also VERY behind on my visits to you. I have not been feeling well. So please know I have not lost interest in you or your wonderful blogs!!! So please forgive me. I hope you and yours are are all happy and healthy, and enjoying this new November month!
I know it's not yet Winter, but I know many of you like to start early. So I hope you like these frosty offerings!
