A WINNER, and an APOLOGY and a PEEPING TOM......................................

THE PEEPING TOM!

Greetings Dear Friends!!

FIRST The APOLOGY~ Please forgive me for being neglectful of you!! It's been one thing after another around here, including tummy flu that had my littlest in the hospital. I thought he came back from his dad's with food poisoning. NOPE. So beware it's going around!!

SECOND~ A PEEPING TOM EEEEK! ~ I, like many, wear contact lenses. I am blind as a bat without them. Seriously. The day before the big snow here I added some WINTER decor to my youngest son's room, (my teens REFUSE to let me put snowmen on their beds anymore) including this snowman cling that was meant for your car window. Well needless to say, I woke up the next morning while it was still almost dark, and in my blindness saw this HIS profile in the window!! I freaked out!! When I finally got a grip. I realized WHAT HE was.. My son was at his dad's and I had forgot to close his curtains. Yep. I was being peeped by a snowman. *SIGH* My teens tell me they are going to put me in Shady Pines.

THIRD The reason you have probably read this far. ( The method to my madness) The WINNNER!!!! It has taken me some time to verify the entries and such. I use my tried and true hi-tech names-in-a-hat method to choose the winner, who is................... Jo at My Grandma's Soul So Jo, please send me your info!!

I wish I could give ALL of you something. PLEASE WATCH FOR UPCOMING GIVEAWAYS!!

  12. Hehehe, you are so funny Jody, a peeping tom with a very long pointy nose indeed. Not so funny story tho', I had a real peeping tom watching me undress one night through the tiny crack in the bottom of the curtains where they didn't quite meet, made me feel very uck at the time.
    Love your snow men picture.
    Hugs Sandi xx

  13. Truly, I have never seen a more cute child's room! I may one heck of a crafter, but I sadly fail in the decorating department. I think it is because the space is so big, I just don't know where to start! This is such a funny story. It is so me! Wishing you a joyous week with your family! Elizabeth

  16. Hi,
That is too funny! That's like when I first got my vintage dress form and woke up in the middle of the night to get a drink of water and saw it in the dark, scared me to death, and my husband never let's me forget it! (But it's freaked him out a number of times as well :)
I hope your son is doing better, what a horrible thing for him to be in the hospital! It's just awful when our little ones get sick!
    Have a great week!
    Sincerely,
    Melinda

  18. Hi Jody, Thank you so much for your comments on my blog, very inspirational.
The snowman story (aka Tom)is so funny. Hmm, maybe he moved himself over closer to the window;-) It took me a long time to get used to my son's life size punching bag man in the garage. I just walk over and smack him now and then.
The picture of your charms just won't load on my computer, but I'm sure they're gorgeous.

  19. Whaaaaaaaaaa..............way to funny! A peeking snowman. I think he melted for you!

I am not sure I removed the old code or not. I kind of lost what I did all together. Have to study for my annual flight safety exam so I let it be for a few more days before I look into it again.

    Hugs,
    Lisette
